Before starting CAT

CAT requires a valid pathway, active access, and an available question pool. If the start button does nothing, refresh and retry once before contacting support.

During the session

Answer one question at a time and wait for the next question to render. If the session exits unexpectedly, record the route and approximate question number.

Results

Results depend on completed session data. If results are missing after completion, return to the CAT hub or dashboard and check the most recent session.
