Email support before filing a chargeback so the transaction can be reviewed quickly. Include the charge date, amount, currency, and account email if known.

Refund expectations

Digital subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Exceptional cases may be reviewed at NurseNest's discretion.
