NurseNest Acceptable Use and Content Protection Policy

NurseNest content is the result of substantial educational, editorial, and technical investment. To protect the integrity of the platform and ensure fair access for paying users, the following rules apply.

You may not:

copy or republish premium lessons, questions, rationales, answer explanations, flashcards, or practice tests

print, export, screenshot, or record premium content for redistribution or resale

scrape or harvest content manually at scale or through automation

use bots, scripts, browser automation, extensions, parsers, or AI agents to extract content

bypass paywalls, watermarking, copy restrictions, print restrictions, rate limits, or other technical protections

share accounts or allow multiple people to use one account

use our content to train, fine-tune, seed, benchmark, or build another product, dataset, tutoring service, or exam-prep service

interfere with site performance or security

We may use technical controls to deter abuse and enforce these rules, including entitlement checks, watermarking, rate limits, usage monitoring, device/session controls, logging, and enforcement actions.

Violations may result in content restriction, suspension, termination, denial of refunds, payment-risk review, and legal enforcement.
